**Terms and Conditions**
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Rocio Do Mar country house (“Rocio Do Mar”) online booking and payment services. By accessing or using our online booking system, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a reservation or payment.
1. **Booking Process:**
– To make a reservation at Rocio Do Mar, you must use our online booking system.
– By completing the booking process, you agree to pay the specified fees and charges associated with your reservation.
– All bookings are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking at our discretion.
2. **Payment:**
– Payments for reservations can be made in full at the time of booking through our secure online payment system.
– We also accept payment through Wire Transfer to the indicated account (supplied buy email), within 24 hours following the booking. The transfer confirmation should be sent to geral@rociodomar.pt, if not the booking will be canceled.
– We accept major credit and debit cards for payment. Your payment information will be encrypted and processed securely.
– All prices are in Euros and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
3. **Cancellation and Refunds:**
– Cancellations made within 21 days of the scheduled arrival date will result in a full refund.
– Cancellations made after this period or no-shows will result in no refund, as determined by Rocio Do Mar.
– No refunds will be provided for early departures or unused nights during your stay.
4. **Check-In and Check-Out:**
– Check-in time is from 12:00, and check-out time is by 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability with no additional charges.
– Guests must present a valid identification and booking confirmation upon check-in.
5. **House Rules:**
– Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises of Rocio Do Mar.
– Pets are allowed.
– Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay and may be charged accordingly.
6. **Liability:**
– Rocio Do Mar shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience incurred by guests during their stay, including but not limited to personal belongings, vehicles, or valuables.
– Guests are advised to secure their belongings and use the facilities at their own risk.
7. **Privacy Policy:**
– Any personal information collected during the booking process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
– We may use your contact information to send you updates, promotions, or other relevant communications. You can opt out of these communications at any time.
8. **Changes to Terms:**
– Rocio Do Mar reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
– It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any updates or changes.
By using our online booking and payment services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not proceed with making a reservation at Rocio Do Mar.
